When you have met your recertification requirements by completing the required number of CE CH and making the recertification fee payment,
you will receive an updated transcript and an identification card with your new expiration date by mail.
|
|
|
No credit is given for test scores below 70%. If you do not make a minimum score of 70%,
you may repeat the same course to recieve a passing score or take another course.
Your transcript reflects Clock Hour credit for only the number of Clock Hours you purchased.
Excess Clock Hours you complete will not appear on your transcript and cannot be held over
to the next renewal year.

Your transcript is the official record of your continuing education.
You should maintain your transcript in a secure location. Refer to it when
selecting courses for the next recertification year to assure you do not take a course you have already completed.

The following information is on your transcript for courses taken beginning with the 2006 recertification year cycle:
- Your name, address, and student identification number
- A list of NCCT CE courses you have taken
- For each CE course taken, the following information will appear:
- Date the exam was graded
- Course number
- Course title
- Number of Clock Hours*
- P.A.C.E.® number, if applicable
- Number of P.A.C.E.® hours**, if applicable
- Score received on course test

* A zero (0) Clock Hour in the Clock Hour column indicates a failed course.
**A zero (0) in the P.A.C.E.® Hour column indicates a failed course where no P.A.C.E.® credit is given.

If you completed any P.A.C.E.® accredited courses, the official P.A.C.E.® documentation is included as
part of your NCCT transcript. This information may be used to document the number of P.A.C.E.
approved course contact hours you successfully completed. This information is often needed to fulfill
state certification/license requirements, if applicable.

Your transcript also includes a summary table with recertification year, number of Clock Hours required,
number of Clock Hours purchased, number of Clock Hour credits earned, and, if applicable, the number
of P.A.C.E.® contact hours earned. The table will include information beginning with 2006.

NOTE FOR PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIANS: If you are only completing sufficient P.A.C.E.® accredited courses to maintain
your state certification (license), you will NOT automatically receive a CE Course Transcript. For a $12 processing fee,
you can purchase a CE Course Transcript by calling Customer Service at 800-875-4404.

Accepted outside CE/college courses will not be included on the NCCT CE transcript.
An official letter documenting the completion of outside CE/college courses entitled Continuing Education Transcript Addendum
will be included with the NCCT transcript.
