Complaint Submission
Complaints of cheating or suspected cheating may be submitted by any individual or entity. Complaints should be reported to the Director of Testing Operations in writing and should include the name of the person submitting the complaint, the test location and the test date, and the identification of the person attempting to cheat or any identifying information, a detailed description of factual allegations supporting the charges, and any relevant supporting documentation. Information submitted during the complaint and investigation process is considered confidential and will be handled in accordance with Board of Testing's confidentiality policy.

Certificants who are found to bring frivolous complaints against other certificants or NCCT may be subject to disciplinary action by the Board, up to and including revocation of certification.
