NCCT Responds to Feedback from Industry Partners

The Issue:
The clinical education department of a Nevada major medical group was requiring their medical assistants to become certified. Several had test anxiety and hadn’t been in a classroom setting for years.

NCCT developed more flexible interactive exam preparation materials for both students and working professionals alike. Example: Medical Assistant Interactive Review System.

90% pass rate!

“I am delighted to celebrate another 90% pass rate for our medical assistant (NCMA) exam this weekend. I strongly believe the online study app made all the difference for our teammates.”

Ellen, Clinical Education Department

Certification Exams

The National Center for Competency Testing goes to great lengths to ensure the validity of its certification exams. We spend many months on the development of each exam. It is a long and tedious process, but one we believe is necessary to provide a certification examination that is credible for employers and the public.
