NCCT Responds to Feedback from Industry Partners

The Issue:
The clinical education department of a Nevada major medical group was requiring their medical assistants to become certified. Several had test anxiety and hadn’t been in a classroom setting for years.

Solution:
NCCT developed more flexible interactive exam preparation materials for students and working professionals alike. Example: Medical Assistant Interactive Review System.

Result:
90% pass rate!

“I am delighted to celebrate another 90% pass rate for our medical assistant (NCMA) exam this weekend. I strongly believe the online study app made all the difference for our teammates.”

Ellen, Clinical Education Department
