THE VALUE OF ACCREDITATION

By achieving accreditation, an organization showcases to both the profession it represents and the general public it serves, that its credentialing program has undergone evaluation by an unbiased panel of experts. These experts have verified the program meets the rigorous standards established by the credentialing community.

EARNING ACCREDITATION

Applicants for accreditation are evaluated based on their governance structure, resources, policies, and procedures regardless of the nature of their specialty, making the NCCA standards applicable to all professions and industries. NCCA uses the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (AERA, APA, ad NCME) as a foundation for its accreditation standards.

NCCT has earned NCCA accreditation on these certification programs:

National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
National Certified Phlebotomy Technician (NCPT)
National Certified Insurance & Coding Specialist (NCICS)
